Breeding hostility in the workplace

I have been working for chipotle for about 9months, I am now the person who has been at this location the second longest...and it scares the shit out of me. I watched people who opened the restaurant nearly 12years ago get fired. I've watched over 10 people walk out or deliberately not show up for their shift. I have watched all but one other employee get fired or leave due to the building up and then tearing down of their self esteem.
And so you may ask, why?
Our extremely young GM has no real stand of her own, in fact the one who enforces all the shitty rulings around here is the apprentice. With this said, together they are not only the best of friends, but their behavior parallels with junior high mentalities. Infamous for sitting in the office when two people are running the front line with a line to the door for 3 to 4 hrs at a time. The third manager, the SM, is the only one who works her ass off, and slaves to their lazy and cruel ways. One day I hope to see her as a GM, but that would mean getting rid of the two school girls first.

Because of their lazy and school girl mentality, they stick to the Chipotle vision when speaking to new hires. they lead all of their new employees to truly believe in the company (and did I)... They build up your self esteem and feed you as many hours as you can handle, giving you a taste of empowerment and good money. Until the day you notice that they've done something wrong. For me, it was when a employee was extremely ill in the bathroom and my apprentice said "Shes been in the bathroom so long I feel like clocking her out myself!" instead of a NORMAL sympathetic response. I questioned her statement, and that was the end of my 'high time' at Chipotle. I had become what everyone else around me warned me about. I threated their judgment and it lashed on to me. My hours were cut dramatically. I was working extremely hard to be KMIT, and I needed to be put on prep and grill in order to expand my knowledge, but they refused to schedule me. Though, when you ask them about my Development Journal and my progress, they would say I am a top performer and their best trainer.. However, letting me learn more to get to management would threaten their position.
Instead, they've taken to two employees (who are very nice and good workers, I must add) that happen to be their references and hired by them because of outside affiliation get the most hours and are put on prep and grill... these girls have had repeated anxiety attacks and have cracked a few times under extreme pressure because of being talked into these position even though they were not exactly ready to do them. So now, there are employees who have worked their asses off and are begging to learn more and get into management, but yet are being refused. and employees who are still learning the company, but because they are the favorites, are being pushed into many positions in order to become the next managers- despite what they want and or ready for.
Because I understand that by them building me up so high and then preventing me from doing all that they told me I could do is their way of breeding hostility in me, I refuse to give up and slack on performance...because that is how and why every other employee who was hired before me found their way out of the job. Instead, I no longer ask to be put in back of house, I no longer ask to be developed. I just do my job well, and leave it at that.... and since then I've regained my hours...That completely contradicts Chipotle’s vision, eh?

These managers are supposed to be under investigation with respectful workplace. The night we had a corporate audit happened to be the night our SM was closing and the auditor witness the complete mess she is left to clean up after...this auditor also happened to be in charge of respectful workplace and not once was informed about the multiple calls to them over the past year... we received her business card, yet we are still waiting for action to take place.
Part of me hopes that these children get fired so that the hard working employees who deserve higher positions and get them, and that we can keep a crew of people for longer than 3months.
