Chipotle is hard work i like the way it is ran with the team having to act as a family at one point i was working 120 hours in two weeks as a crew and didnt even complain because those people were my family. the place has integrity but again you gotta be the right person for it. i would have loved to stay and keep with it but i was being thrown into the grill position no trainer and yeah i failed hard. they wanted me as KM cause i worked hard followed procedures and held others accountable. not everyone can be a chipotle manager btw shits tougher than it looks. Unfortunately in the area such as grill/ordering trucks where i wasnt as familiar they let me fail, and gave me no training. where i was strong in training they were weak and i got shitted on got frustrated from failing and left. Oh and don't let me forget everynight i was foreced to wrap my hands from dicing so many onions and jalapenos! Any longer than 4 months and I would have had carpal tunnel.
not every store is the worst.
